Daily Haul-In Fee

Haul-in fee covers 1 rider/1 equine for one day. All riders must have a signed release of liability form and payment is required prior to riding. Daily haul-in is by appointment only.

Monthly Riding Club Membership

$125

Each membership covers 1 rider/1 equine. All riders must have a signed release of liability form and payment is required prior to riding. Membership is good for one calendar month.

Arena Rentals

$300

Arena rentals for the indoor, dressage and outdoor riding arena are available. Please inquire directly availability.

Overnight Stalls

$20-$30/night

Overnight stall rentals are available by appointment only. All horses who stay in an overnight stall are required to show proof of vaccinations and negative coggins.

Dry Camping

$10/night

All trash must be removed from the property and all manure/hay waste either removed or spread out.

Vaccination Requirements

If you are participating in any event at Monroe Farms, you must provide proof of vaccinations. Horses must be vaccinated against equine influenza and Equine Herpes Virus, within the past 12 months. It is strongly recommended that all horses have also received their Core 4 vaccinations as recommended by the AAEP. These include Tetanus, Eastern and Western Equine Enchephalomyelitis (EEE and WEE), West Nile Virus (WNV) and Rabies.

All horses participating in any event at Monroe Farms must also provide documentation of a current negative Coggins test (within the past 12 months) and if traveling from out of state, must provide a copy of their current health certificate.

You can email copies of your vaccination records to management@monroefarmsllc.com prior to the event or provide copies upon check-in. All vaccination records will be requested and checked.
